Refunds are only available if your purchased Game Pass was not delivered within 1-2 week or if an issue occurred on our side. No refunds will be provided for any other reason.
Orders may be canceled if you attempt to change the price of a Game Pass. Attempting to manipulate prices will result in a permanent ban from our services.
If your account is terminated, you are not eligible for refunds. Terminated accounts cannot purchase Robux. You may appeal if you believe the termination was made in error.
All purchases are made using cryptocurrency. If you do not own cryptocurrency, you may exchange it on our Discord server at competitive rates.
